Here’s a breakdown of the commission process to ensure everything is smooth and transparent from start to finish. My goal is to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.”
Step-by-Step Process:
Commission Inquiry
Please submit your commission request with clear, high-quality reference images. For pet or portrait commissions, I require a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license) to confirm legitimacy. This helps protect both parties and ensures a professional transaction.
Include your full contact information — phone number and email address — and keep all communication via email to maintain a clear record.Booking & Deposit
To reserve your commission slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place in my schedule and covers initial preparation.
Payment methods accepted: Venmo, PayPal, CashApp.Design & Revisions
You will receive a preliminary sketch or layout for approval. Your commission includes up to two revisions during this phase. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $50 each due to the extra time involved.
This helps me manage my schedule and deliver quality work on time.Timeline
Small pieces: 1–2 weeks (depending on detail)
Standard pet or portrait commissions: Approximately 1 month
Large-scale work (24x30" or larger): 2–3 months to ensure careful creation and framing
I do not rush any piece and will keep you updated throughout the process.Final Payment & Shipping
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion. If payment is not received by the agreed date, I am not able to hold the artwork, as storage space is limited and it represents a liability.
